Target is back up and you can buy any Missoni items still in stock!
Please tell me I’m not the only one who has no clue what Missoni is and why it would cause the Target.com site to crash? I first read it as it was down due to a missile launch. Uh, no quite!
Apparently, Missoni is a a big deal Italian fashion designer who has collaborated with Target to come up with a fashionable discount line. Seriously, I’ve never heard of this brand! Those of you who know who is this, I’m sure are laughing at me! :)
Last I checked, Target.com was still not up and running and had been down since I was first online at 7 a.m.
It is Wednesday, October 5, 2011 and target.com is still not accessible. I have tried looking for a mailbox and an article of clothing online since Sunday, October 2, 2011. I called the local Target and was told to call the 800 number and then the sweet little thing hung up before giving me the number. How much more dis-interested could the people at Target be? Thank God, there’s WalMart and KMart to shop at. HEY TARGET, WAKE UP !!!! YOUR SITE IS DOWN. GOOD LUCK WITH THAT IN THIS ECONOMY !

This whole Target/Missoni thing is a sore-spot for me. I had a cart full of bargains yesterday and when I went to check out, the site crashed due to all the Missoni traffic, was down all day and when I logged in successfully today, many of my items in my cart were now out of stock. Grrr…..
what’s even funnier is I went there this morning around 9am to get my daughter some highlighters (they didn’t have them!) and found the school supplies 75% off – I wondered why there were swarms of women and I asked “was there an email about the school supplies?” and then someone told me Missoni launched today. LOL! By 9:30am they were already sold out. I saw some of the organizing bins and comforters, just not my colors/ designs, but nice and affordable. Scored huge on school supplies (back up stuff)…

No clue either, but it may be a great way to spend the GC I have been saving! Hope they come back up soon.
I tried going on Target.com to check some prices on stuff for my daughter’s birthday. Since it was down I went to their facebook page to try to find out why. I saw this Missoni business and like someone else said I thought it was pasta. Lol.
P.S. I don’t know who Missoni is either it sounds like a pasta to me.
I was able to load the coupon page of Target’s website. Go to Yahoo and search for the Target coupons. Click the Target coupon result and not the main website. The site run is running really slow so be patient while printing the T coupons.
