There are several pro’s and con’s to be weighed about selecting your Fitness Club ‘Fit’. Although I’m advertising a special deal above, you should take into great consideration your wants and needs of a gym membership. Before rushing into a contract agreement, I suggest you consider several things first. Questions to ask yourself:
- How close is the gym to your house/work/etc. – The closer the better!
- What hours do you need to workout and what hours are available at the gym? -Be specific and realistic here…
- What kind of equipment will you need or want? -Cardio, Weights, Functional Equipment, Etc.
- Personal Trainers? -Available…? Extra Costs..?
- Safety procedures and safety equipment available at the gym? -Security Cameras, Emergency Buttons, AED..?
- Extra Features? -Towel service, showers, lockers, tanning, swimming pool, group exercise classes…?
- Overall cleanliness of the gym? -Disinfectant available, cleaning towels, maintenance staff?
