During the hot days of summer, I still want to get my caffeine boost from coffee but I don’t necessarily want to warm my whole body up with a hot cup of coffee. This is why International Delight® Iced Coffee is a perfect treat that is as great as any coffeehouse, yet just a fraction of the price. I enjoy drinking the International Delight Iced Coffee beverages plain or you can make your own fun Frappé at home to enjoy as a dessert!
There are so many Frappé ideas out there. I knew I wanted something with chocolate and I had some chocolate creme filled sandwich cookies in my pantry that were a perfect fit for this recipe. Not only will you save money by making this delicious Cookie Sandwich Frappé at home but you will save time waiting in line at your local coffeehouse. Plus, really, it just tastes better when you make it yourself.
This recipe takes just a few minutes to make at home and will save you time by not having to wait in line at your local coffee shop. All you will need is International Delight Mocha Iced Coffee, ice cubes, International Delight Vanilla Coffee Creamer or Milk, 3 – 4 crushed sandwich cookies, and optional whipped cream and cherries.
It’s so simple!
Place the ice, coffee, and creamer/milk into a blender. Blend until smooth. Add in crushed cookies and blend until incorporated. Top with whipped cream and a cherry and ENJOY! Enjoy your cold, delicious beverage and that extra time you have by not waiting in line.

- 2 cups ice
- ¾ cup International Delight Mocha Coffee
- ¼ cup International Delight Stone Cold Coffee Creamer or Milk
- 3 - 4 chocolate sandwich cookies
- Combine ice, coffee, and creamer (or milk) in a blender until well blended.
- Add in processed or crumbled cookies.
- Top with whipped cream and a cherry!
- Serve immediately.
