Crushed Cheese Cracker Pork Tenderloin Recipe using Smithfield Pork

Are you looking for a delicious dinner idea that your family will love and is easy to make? With so many activities and events, as a parent I struggle to find meals that are simple yet my family will enjoy. They love pork and they love cheese crackers so I’ve come up with a solution that satisfies their taste buds ad satisfies my limited time to get a meal on the table.

It is called Crushed Cheese Cracker Pork Tenderloin. If you love cheese crackers, you most likely love those bottom of the box crushed up crackers? Those may absolutely be the best crackers of the entire box. We are going to use that concept to create a delicious crust for a Smithfield® Marinated Pork Tenderloin.

The Smithfield® Marinated Pork Tenderloins come in a variety of flavors and marinades. These are simply delicious enough on their own by grilling, roasting, baking, or however you want to cook it. I picked up a Smithfield® Garlic and Herb Tenderloin for this recipe at my local Kroger grocery store.

Smithfield Fresh Pork Tenderloin

My family lives in a county known for the “Pork Festival.” Need I say more? Even if I don’t need to, I will as pork is an integral pork of our county’s culture. Pork is a great source of protein and a way to vary your boring dinner routine. Browse around the Smithfield® website to find many more delicious recipe ideas.

For the Crushed Cheese Cracker Pork Tenderloin recipe, you just need four simple ingredients – crushed cheese crackers, steak sauce, one egg, and a Smithfield® Garlic and Herb Tenderloin. At Kroger, the Smithfield® Garlic and Herb Tenderloin was near the meat counter.

Crush the cheese crackers. Add steak sauce to the egg mixture. Sliced the pork tenderloin into 1/2″ slices. Dip into egg mixture. Then roll in the cheese crackers. Cook at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.
