Family Friendly Movie – Delgo Opens 12/12

December 10, 2008 By: Briana Carter1 Comment

A forgotten enemy. A forbidden romance. A fantastic adventure. Culturally different people working for the common good. Delgo , the first independent film by Fathom Studios, is going to be a GREAT family movie this holiday. I’m a big fan of computer animated films so I’m super excited to see this one – the animation looks beautiful from the movie trailers.  I know my kids want to see it because they were all excited see the trailer for this film at the last movie we watched. A movie that the kids can enjoy and parents can enjoy is a big bonus in my book!

Star Studded Cast. Interesting that some of the characters were crafted around the voices. Excited to hear Michael Clarke Duncan’s character…love his deep booming voice. In addition, Freddie Prinze Jr., Jennifer Love Hewitt, Anne Bancroft, Chris Kattan, Val Kilmer, Lou Gossett Jr.,  Kelly Ripa, Burt Reynolds, and Sally Kellerman.

Delgo opens this FRIDAY, December 12th. Delgo, a 90 minute movie, is rated PG which looks to be adventurous and humorous. Get excited – watch the trailer at Delgo.com and sign up to win great Delgo prizes!

I will be seeing this when it comes to my hometown theater so it may not be exactly on the release date. Our local theater is very affordable. We can take the entire family (6) for the price of (2) at a bigger theater. Everyone can get their own popcorn, drinks, and treats at a very reasonable price. Plus, they even have an adult frequent movie goer program. If you don’t have a bargain movie theater like mine around you, buying an Entertainment 2009 book would be a good investment as it has movie theater discount coupons.
