This is a fabulous Banana Nut Bread mix to pre make in mason jars for your own pantry stockpile, or to give as a gift. It’s great by itself or you can packaging it up in a nice loaf pan, add a pretty kitchen towel, and maybe a wooden spoon. There is even a printable recipe card to include in the package. Experiment a little and vary your ingredients to match the recipient’s taste; try pecans, use dark chocolate or white chocolate chips instead.
